License sync is wired. The rest of the app is not.
This is the signed-in shell. When a Lemon Squeezy subscription or a Gumroad pack webhook arrives, the license is written through the database layer and will show up here.
Waiting for a license
No active license is loaded in this static shell. Subscribe with Lemon Squeezy or buy a pack on Gumroad. The webhook handler upserts a row keyed by provider and external id. Cancel and refund events update the status instead of creating a second license.

Model mode
These controls are placeholders. They show the two modes the product supports. They do not store a key in this marketing build.
The fill API does not call a model yet. If a key is present in the worker environment, proposals report that the key was seen and not used. Secrets are not written into fill jobs.
